Your Role
To provide IT helpdesk support to CEB SSC on a daily basis and cater to different IT tasks provided by the IT Manager. IT Specialist will serve as the bridge to the different BU / FU within CEB SSC in terms of new IT solutions and implementations.
Your Responsibilities
To monitor health of IT infrastructure for the KN CEB SSC Sites.
Support VOIP and other telephony systems within KN CEB SSC.
To manage, administer and support the server and network infrastructure in KN CEB SSC.
To deploy and support KN and other business related software applications to KN CEB SSC employees.
To assist in providing resolution to different IT related issues of 700+ users in KN CEB SSC.
Support MS Office applications and systems.
To respond and resolve the IT tickets filed by the KN CEB SSC teams and provide helpdesk support both on-site and remote.
Provide documentation of existing IT and future systems.
To complete all tasks assigned by the CEB SSC IT Manager.
Support a 24x7 working environment.
On-call duties (as required by business needs).
Your Skills and Experiences
Windows 10 Desktop / Helpdesk Support
Windows Server and Network Administration Support
Kaseya or Remote Deployment software application Experience
VMWare and Cisco Technology Experience
Knowledgeable with powershell and other scripting platforms is an advantage.
VOIP Experience and Telephony solutions is a plus.
Database Administration is a plus.
Team Player.
Good Communication Skills
