CAMPUS Recruitment Intern

The opportunity

Working as a valued member of the Recruitment Team, the Campus Intern will be exposed to all aspects of the implementation of the entry level hiring strategy for volume and niche roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct preliminary interviews and assessments communication skills, technical and behavioral interviews across entry-level and internship positions.
  • Assist in implementation of campus initiatives including but not limited to job fairs, review center visits, acquisition of graduate listings, university talks, company introduction to students.
  • Coordinate and organize online recruitment drives on a regular basis to fill volume hiring for entry level positions.
  • Sourcing of candidates across different universities and colleges in the Philippines.

  • Qualifications

  • Currently studying Human Resource Management or Psychology or any related courses.
  • Minimum of 200 required hours for internship
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong MS Office skills.
  • Fast learner and can adapt easily with attention to details.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
