Here’s a summary of what you will be doing in this job : 1. Assists in the overall locator acquisition process from account acquisition to account maintenance2.

Assists dealers in managing space in the stations to ensure its profitabilitySuccess in this role will require you to fulfill the following responsibilities : 1.

Account Acquisition*Acquires leads of potential locators*Fill-up vacancies within assigned area*Increase occupancy rate and overall income of the LAM team*Performs the overall locator acquisition process2.

Account Maintenance*Ensures profitability of locator accounts through the monitoring of collection of rent payment, payment for utilities and other transactions3.

Tenant Relations*Assist and addresses concerns of existing locators and performs after sales service

Preferred Qualifications for the Role :

  • Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree
  • With at least 2 years of work experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Having a contact database of possible clients is an advantage
  • Critical Expertise / Skills : (1) good negotiation skills (2) good customer management skills
  • Must have a driver's license and can drive manual transmission
  • Preferably with background and experience in commercial leasing
  • Realistic Job Preview : (1) to conduct cold calls and innovative strategies to get leads and be able to sign new locators for both existing and opening sites (2) frequent travelling
  • Expectations from Candidates : Candidates who are invited for HR screening will need to undergo and pass an online exam and / or technical exam, and accomplish HR documents, personality tests, and essay exams before proceeding to the HR interview.

    Candidates who pass the HR interview would then need to submit soft copies of their available pre-employment requirements, such as the Transcript of Records, Diploma, and NBI clearance.

    The complete list will be provided by the recruiter. In the event candidates are hired, they would be required to submit hard copies of all the pre-employment requirements and pass the medical exam and background check before onboarding.
