Job Description

The Human Resources Manager leads the HR strategy planning and execution, that result to empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of workforce dedicated to contribute in achieving better health outcomes for the poor.

The Human Resources Manager coordinates implementation of services, policies, and programs, reports to ZFF Executives and serves on the management committee, executive committee, and assists and advises foundation management about Human Resources issues.

Minimum Qualifications

  • With 9 years of relevant work experience in human resources, preferrabl with a non-profit organization
  • Must have competent to exemplar skills in organization development, performance management, and employee relations
  • Preferrably with 30 units of graduate studies in human resources, social sciences, or law
