What you'll be doing
This position is accountable for the efficient operations in a cluster of Branches, with high emphasis on customer service mentality and compliance to internal controls and policies, with the ultimate objective of supporting the attainment of business goals of such Branches.
The primary roles of the incumbent includes :
1.Performance Management while ensuring customer service excellence and compliance to Internal Controls, policies, procedures and standards in all Branches
2.Cascade of strategic plans / tactical programs and ensuring efficient execution for optimum attainment of desired results
3.People Management / Talent Development
4.Guidance to all Branches through the Branch associates, Non-Avon Owned Branch (NAOB) Officer In-charge and Business Partners
We'd love you to have :
Degree in Management or other business-related courses
Minimum of 3 years managerial capacity in direct selling field operations, retail store management or franchise operations
Experience in retail store chain or franchise management is definitely an advantage
Highly flexible, detail-oriented, influential, outgoing, with strong leadership skills
