As Resource Manager you are responsible for excellent planning, time management, decision making, presentation and organization skills along with a proven ability to effectively perform in a fast paced, high growth, rapidly changing environment.
You are responsible for fulfilling engagement staffing requests using Microsoft Premier Field Engineers as well as facilitating the use of consultants, vendors or additional MS resources to fill requests as appropriate.
The successful Resource Manager will understand the skill disciplines as well as know the strengths and skills of the consultants within the skill disciplines in order to successfully staff engagements.
This position is responsible for making sound staffing decisions and resolving conflicts within the practice that have significant impact on utilization and on internal and external customer satisfaction.
The RM will ensure customer satisfaction with the staffing of their engagements and will achieve and exceed utilization and bench targets across skill disciplines and the Asia Pacific practices, as well as fulfill all demand for consulting resources within defined service levels.
The RM will work with the Managers of mixed team consulting & engineers team in assessing individual consultant skills and assist with developing consultant / engineer readiness plans in order to increase the consultant / engineer skills per the demands of the business.
The RM is also responsible for maintaining the data integrity of our requests.
