Training, Learning and Talent DevelopmentPartners with the HR Manager in driving the assessment, development, implementation and evaluation of development interventions to address competency gaps.
Supports the implementation of Employee Career Progression and Succession PlanningMonitors Completion of Mandatory TrainingsFacilitates the on-
boarding of new employees to build early assimilation and engagement.
Employee Relations / Labor RelationsHandles employee case management by conducting investigations, documenting findings and providing recommendations on the appropriate resolution based on company policies and / or Phils Labor Code.
Keeps abreast and updated on the various regulatory issues, including recent laws and jurisprudence and legal requirements related to day-
to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensures regulatory compliance. Partners with Legal department as needed / required.
Drives and / or supports the review / development and implementation of HR policies and procedures; provides recommendations on the changes based on the business need / s.
Employee Engagement and RetentionDrives and / or supports the design, communication and implementation of corporate and local HR programs employee engagement and retention initiatives Drives the implementation of the Annual Performance ManagementProvides training and coaching to managers and employees in the implementation of HR processes and programs.
RecruitmentPartners and / or Supports the recruiter in ensuring that the right candidates fill the open positions.
Partners with the HR Manager in creating, implementing and monitoring the appropriate HR metrics such as Attrition, Engagement Index, Headcount Growith, Recruitment, etc.
May perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by the Immediate Manager (N+1).
College Graduate with a degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science or in a related field
At least five years of relevant experience in the areas of Training and Development, Employee and Labor Relations, Employee Engagement / Retention, Recruitment, HR Metrics
Skills : Strong background in Training and development (Gap Analysis, development, deployment and evaluation) , Good understanding of the Philippine Labor Code, Knowledge on the best practices in the area of Employee Engagement and Retention, Working knowledge of Microsoft products.
Competencies : very strong organizational and communication skills, ability to follow through, strong customer service, detail oriented and results oriented with an analytical mindset.
Ability to work independently, good interpersonal skills, Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with a high degree of accuracy
