As part of our growth, your tasks will be :

  • Handling of different kind of complaints related to credit card transactions
  • Chargeback processing
  • Coordinating with third parties (transaction processor, personalization provider, service provider)
  • Monitoring of suspicious transactions, observing of Industry trends to determine necessary action
  • Documenting and reporting evidence and findings, file police reports with appropriate law enforcement agencies, and appear at court proceedings as necessary
  • Calling the customers in order to clarify the circumstances related to credit card processes and transactions
  • Cross-department cooperation in suspicious transaction investigation
  • Assisting Team Leader in daily tasks, huddles, and preparation of reports
  • Assisting team lead in disseminating updates for the team.
  • Providing feedback and suggests action plans to Team Leader on current challenges of the team (ie processes, systems, etc.)
  • Helping in updating team trackers and reports
  • Must demonstrate strong problem solving / issue resolution skills.
  • Must be familiar with CS processes and tools
  • Must have CUSTEX approach and mindset to help increase customer satisfaction scores.
  • Strictly adheres / follows and enforces company COC and guidelines
  • Other duties as assigned by immediate superior.
  • You know you are the perfect fit if you are / have :

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree (can be substituted by 1-2 years of experience at the similar position including management experience)
  • Familiar with CS processes, Line of Businesses and tools
  • Ability to communicate in English and Tagalog
  • Familiar with basic MS office applications (ie Word, Excel, PPT)
  • Good knowledge in MS Office Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word
  • Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Good problem solving skills and analytical
  • Good decision making skills
  • Strong written and verbal communications
  • Customer-focused, detailed-oriented
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude in high-stress / fast-paced work environment
  • Keen to detail and maintains high quality of work output
