The position is assigned in the Afghanistan Resident Mission (AFRM) within the Central and West Asia Department (CWRD). CWRD is responsible for maintaining client relations and delivering ADB assistance to countries in the Central and West Asia region.

The Logistics Assistant will assist the Senior Finance and Administrative Officer (FAO) in various logistical and administrative tasks of AFRM and Guest House (AFGH).
The incumbent will report to designated International Staff and Senior National Staff.
Inspect buildings' structures to determine the need for repairs, improvement and renovations
Review utilities consumption and plans to minimize costs and maintain adequate stock of supplies including consumables such as stationery, cartridge etc.
Control activities like parking space allocation and waste disposal etc.
provides back up support to Logistics Coordinator in the latter's absence.
Relevant Experience & Requirements
The selected candidate is appointed for an initial term of 3 years.
