Description

Answering support phone callsand providing responses to end user’s issues / questions.

  • Answering support emails.
  • Entering and maintaining time records for Service Engineers.
  • Perform all serviceorder activities (entering / maintaining sales orders, from P.O. through invoicingand collection issues).
  • Assist service / sales manager on quotations.
  • Schedule field stafffor planned service events such as preventive maintenance, updates andinstallation as per service requirements.
  • Coordinate Delivery of spare parts as required by Servicestaff.
  • Coordinate and monitor service work per relevant service orderor service contracts.
  • Generate the service report for the service team to monitoroverdue contracts.
  • Send invoices and statement of accounts to customers.
  • Performs other miscellaneous duties; filing and / or otherspecial projects as required.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Qualifications

    Handle and manage TW / KR LC process.

  • Provideprimary support to HK sales team in executing the daily operational tasks
  • Responsible tomanage all sales enquiries received in general sales email and sales leads fromall source.
  • Proactivelyfollow up on HK sales leads with to endure the leads are being follow up
  • Createopportunity and quotation in SFDC for HK direct business.
  • Asistsales team in tender process
  • Coordinatewith Sales, Service and operation for demo consignment on filing the DC formand approval status, monitoring the movement from loan date to return date
