Able to troubleshoot IT issues, set up PCs, printer(s), and install software. Should be able to keep pace with windows update and anti-
virus software update. Skilled in hardware repair. Required to understand license management, warranty check and purchase of equipment.
In terms of network maintenance, candidate must be able to check server errors, back up data, and network wiring.
IT Graduate; other related education with practical experience.
More than a year of help desk related experience in a middle-sized company. Must have a rich experience with MS Office applications, MS Windows Server, TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory.
Effective English communication skills, both verbal and written, preferred.
Permanent position based in Calamba City, Laguna, Philippines.
