PURPOSE OF THE FUNCTION : Achieve financial targets, create win-winsolution for assigned partners

Partner Management & Sales Execution

Drive the partners to achieve their activation and revenue targets through working closely with the Operations Manager of the partner

Provides insights on the pulse and buying behavior of customers via review with partners and drive Marketing to launch campaigns

Proposes Capacity Planning to Telesales Head on a monthly basis

Execute sales strategies of the channel.

Maps a roadmap of database with the DB Manager to ensure that plans are executed seamlessly.

Leads sales capability by championing sales to service agenda

Partner management

oReviews performance of existing partners and recommends contract extension or termination.

oNegotiates commercial terms with partners.

oDrives results by maintaining a good working relationship with outsourced partners.

oHelp enforce partners’ contractual obligations

oApproves changes in the outsourced partner processes

oManages partners’ monthly declared headcount

oProposes action plans and strategies to partners to reach desired goal

oCoordinates with internal groups such as CATMAN / NTMG for merch requirements of partners

oProposes incentive programs and sales activities to support achievement of targets

oInitiates QBR and facilitates Partner Summit event

oEvaluates and declares forecasted inbound calls monthly

oSpearheads EC projects aligning to Globe’s overall direction

oEnsures partners’ compliance to Globe’s standards on information security and IT standards

oCoordinates with CXO on Fizzback activities to promote wonderful customer experience

oPromotes positive working environment through regular engagement activities

oDrives achievement and compliance to Globe’s QA standards for both callout and order fulfillment

oInitiates establishment new LOBs to support revenue goals

oDrives leads sourcing from newly acquired LOBs

oPrepares documents and requirements for service contract completion

oInitiates P&L discussion with the owners

Order processing and fulfillment management

oReviews performance of backroom teams and personnel

oMonitors backroom activities on processing customer applications

oDrives efficiency and achievement of desired flow through

oMonitors capacity plan of backroom teams

oDrives coordination and synergy between partners and fulfillment teams

oEnsuring effectiveness and efficiency on order management

oValidates retagging activities on order ownership

oEnsures timely completion of installation and delivery activities

oAttend cadence meeting with other internal groups

oRecommend FT process enhancements

oEnsures proper rewards and recognition activities are completed on a timely manner

oExecute Globe’s strategy on omnichannel sales fulfillment as an alternative fulfillment process

oHelp enforce partners’ contractual obligations

oApproves changes in the outsourced partner processes

Organizesnewandrelevantbusinessapproach / programstodeliverincrementalrevenue to both Globe and partner

Operations Management


Analyzes Partner Reportsandrecommends / initiatesnecessaryadjustmentsandimprovementstoachievebusinessgoals.

Proposes programs that impact spending on A & P of team handled. Including monthly submission of consolidated SPAR.

A. Work Experience

Workforce management experience

At least 3-5 years partner management experience

B. Level of Knowledge

Working knowledge on partner management, telesales andcontact center

Sales planning

Knowledge of trade and subscriber programs
