  • Drives disproportionate growth of Unilever brands and categories in e-Commerce customers
  • Ensures that trade activities and project milestones are deployed on time and in full, within approved budgets
  • Works with cross-functional internal & external stakeholders to design and execute custom online programs / promotions, media and content marketing plans to drive sales for the short and long-term
  • Evaluates performance of projects and initiatives
  • Monitors competitor activity, reviews category performance to ensure leadership of Unilever in eCommerce
  • Work with eCommerce customers to land new business models, accelerate penetration & growth of online shoppers
  • Drive thought leadership in e-Commerce with current online players and B&M customers
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 3 years of experience in digital and direct marketing / eCommerce in a marketing or sales capacity
  • Experience in the direct sales / digital marketing / tech industry
  • Familiarity with best practices and web-based marketing is essential. Thorough knowledge of MS Office applications (especially Excel) required.
  • Ability to adapt and respond quickly to a fast-changing environment.
