The Administrative Assistant / Helpdesk Operator performs the vital task assisting the Facilities Manager / Assistant Facilities Manager with operational activities in customer service, accounting and finance, maintenance and operations, vendor oversight, purchasing of material, equipment & supplies, occupancy services and helpdesk.
Working collaboratively with the team, the Facilities coordinator is the frontliner in most transactions and has opportunity to meet, serve and coordinate with a variety of stakeholders, customers & guests across all levels within and outside the organization.
Exhibiting her superb organization, coordination and office skills, the Facilities Coordinator provides reliable administrative support to the team.
