Duties / ResponsibilitiesPrepares timekeeping report (bi-monthly);Prepares and process payrollPrepares payroll reports / entries to be submitted to Accounting DepartmentPrepares annualization in coordination with Accounting DepartmentPrepares of appointment papers such as NPA, lateral transfer, promotion, regularization etc.

  • Prepares summary & reports on Performance Appraisal Forms (PAF);Maintains updated record of employees' movement & salary adjustmentsProcess mandatory benefits (SSS Loan, SSS sickness benefit / maternity benefit, SSS / PHIC / HDMF certification, etc);
  • Prepares prestige report & its reward to employees;Responsible for facilitation of HR programs, events, etc.Presents reports & comprehensive studies re : COMPBEN and Company ActivitiesPerforms other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

  • Minimum Qualifications / Skills / ExperienceBachelor’s Degree graduate preferably in Industrial Relations, Psychology, Human Resources or any related course;
  • With experience in the position or in the industry;With excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills;
  • With strong leadership and motivational skills;Can work with minimum supervision and under extreme pressure;Willing to work at Philippine stock exchange Ortigas Pasig City.
