This position is assigned to perform and handling of voice and nonvoice tasks as required by their units.

  • Handles Availments queries of the caller.
  • Resolve Availment complaints, otherwise, escalate to team leader or concerned unit / department.
  • Prepares and submits reports as required by the team leader.
  • Documents all captured transactions in the call management suite (CMS).
  • Ensure compliance with Key Result Areas (KRA) targets set by management.
  • Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
