Communication Trainers in this role get to :

Empower the workforce : Create, facilitate, and / or revise training materials and documents to equip staff with fundamental skills and knowledge

Keep management updated : Relay important information in the form of timely and accurate reports

Strengthen relationships : Establish and maintain communication with clients and / or team members; understand needs, resolve issues, and meet expectations

Set the path to success : Oversee new hire, progression, and enhancement training; provide feedback and implement appropriate solutions

Define Sutherland’s reputation : Train new hire consultants and tenured consultants effectively on communication and customer service skills

Impact the bottom line : Produce solid and effective strategies based on accurate and meaningful data reports and analysis and / or keen observations


Our most successful candidates will have :

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; be able to communicate in a clear, constructive, and professional manner
  • Ability to be pro-active in developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members; work as a team-player
  • Demonstrated leadership skills; be able to take the lead in making improvements and resolving issues
  • Strategic ability in developing solutions and process improvements
