Qualification :

oMinimum 6 months experience in Insurance (BPO OR FINANCIAL ADVISOR)

oStrong verbal and written English communication skills

oPositive, self-motivated and energetic

oAmenable to work in rotating shifts (morning, mid, & night shifts)

oLegal age

oMust be amenable to work in shifting schedules, holidays and weekends and working overtime

oCan start ASAP

o Excellent English Communication Skills

oStrong analytical skills and comprehension capability


oSpecial Skills Complexity Allowance (per program)

oAccount Driven Incentives and Bonuses

o20% night Differential

oPaid Training from Day 1
