Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with different department serviced by the Business Support Group.
  • Responsible for incubation of processes migrated to the Corporate Shared Services Tower
  • Work closely with project managers for processes that will be placed within CSS
  • Engage and updates Head of Department on a regular basis on team performance
  • Develop KPI for processes managed by the team
  • Undertake people management responsibilities
  • Required Qualifications

  • Lean Six Sigma Background, trained preferably certified.
  • With experience on project management, either as a participant or lead.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute task
  • Strong coordination and business partnership orientation.
  • Ability to perform other functions as required in the nature and scope of the position
  • Excellent communication skills since this role requires communication with various stakeholders from different processes.
  • Great presentation and facilitation skill
  • Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to express ideas clearly and convey necessary information
