The Contract Quality Senior Analyst drives the implementation of the Contract Quality Management supporting Service Desk and TEMPO deals which includes planning and executing contract quality assessment to assure that the project meets deliverables, obligations and milestones.
Accountable for and manages Contract Quality Assessment
Responsible for reporting of Contract Quality Assessment results to CQ Lead / Manager & Account Project Manager
Provides timely feedback and highlights / raises concerns with priorities and criticality to CQM Manager related to audit's scope, status, results, and any related issues
Reviews accuracy and completeness of data generated on the CQM Dashboard against pre defined data integrity criteria on a monthly basis
Ensures NCs are tracked to closure within the agreed target resolution date, and that they are otherwise escalated as over-due open NCs against the defined escalation process
Accountable for reviewing and maintaining needed updates to assessment criteria / checklist in line with client requirements, CQM process updates, improvements etc.
Drives process improvements within the Contract Quality Management based on audit analysis and metrics analysis etc.
Accountable for maintaining the CQM related process assets periodically
Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent field
Experienced in LEAN, DMAIC, Six Sigma or COPC is an advantage and Auditing Experience
Knowledgeable on industry standards or methodologies ISO 20K 27K ISO 22301, CMMI
Good performance management skills including feedback techniques
Ability to work proactively, creatively and analytically in a problem solving environment
Ability to contribute to a high performing, motivated work group by applying interpersonal and collaboration skills to achieve project goals and realize value
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience in Telco Procurement or Billing Systems is an advantage
