RESPONSIBILITIES : The position is primarily responsible for supervising and overseeing the operations of the housekeeping section in a manner that ensures total guest satisfactionEnsures productivity of the housekeeping personnel including staffing, training and performance managementConducts monthly inventory of stocks and other assetsResolves / Attends promptly to customer queries and complaints that is brought to attentionPlans and assigns work assignment / shift schedule of Roomboys / ChambermaidsQUALIFICATIONS : Candidate must be a graduate of two (2)-year vocational course preferably Home Economics or Practical Arts or four (4)- year course preferably Hotel and Restaurant ManagementMust have at least two (2) years work-related experienceHas knowledge in hotel operations and customer relations
