The Technology Risk and Automation Analyst will be responsible in automating the MCOE business processes in platforms such as SharePoint and Appian.
As an automation analyst, the resource should be knowledgeable in various mobile platforms and be able to integrate the existing and future processes with new mobile app and digital tools.
Being in the digital mobile environment, the resource is expected to be flexible enough to cope with the changes in the digital organization and the fast turnaround time (TAT) of the business.
The resource should be able to deliver products and complete the tasks within the expected SLA with minimal to zero supervision.
Complete the Self-assessment / Self-inspection of the mobile apps assigned using the Digital Risk's approve checklist.
Manage the end-to-end governance of the mobile apps assigned from inception in the MCOE web tool, publishing, and remediation of the risk / s identified during the self-assessment phase.
Mastery of the mobile apps risk controls based on the OWASP recommendations and guidelines.
Understand the whole mobile app publishing lifecycle.
Publish mobile apps into the iOS, Android, and Enterprise app stores.
Gather mobile app data points and usage metrics from iOS, Android, and Enterprise app stores.
Support the MCOE's mobile apps lifecycle (concept, design, test, release, and support)
Gather mobile app specific requirements and provide solutions.
Research and suggest new digital and / mobile products, applications.
Provide extensive digital technology profile when required.
Respond to queries on the mobile apps' publishing status.
Provide appropriate requirements to iOS, Android, and Enterprise app store.
Support AW product suite (SDK, App Wrap,Tunnel) for Enterprise app store.
Meet all targeted tasks assigned in the Daily Priorities without errors, e.g. Assigned Task was returned to Manila MCOE by the onshore team / app owner.
Create POCs and design interfaces for process automation (considered as adhoc).
Support digital environments such as Adobe AEM, SalesForce, and DSU.
Complete all required classroom trainings and CBTs.
Adhere to the company policies and standards to include the handling of company confidential and sensitive information.
EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE :
BS Degree in Computer Science or equivalent on the job experience.
Excellent analytical skills and problem solving attitude.
Experience with third party libraries, APIs and APKs.
Work experience as a mobile app developer.
In depth knowledge of at least one programming language.
Experience in SharePoint administration, web development, and automation.
At least one year experience on mobile app risk controls / OWASP.
At least one year experience on technology risk assessment / audit / implementation.
At least one year exposure to ISO27001, COBIT 5, NIST, OWASP.
