    Responsibilities :

    As an Assistant Project Manager you will ensure that all projects that has been built in compliance with the TPG Standards and ensures payments to contractors is valid and have complied with the necessary requirements.

    High level responsibilities include :

  • Handover Packs for Site Make Ready (SMR) works
  • Call-off of materials for SMR or RAN Refresh (Bill of Material from Nokia warehouse)
  • Checking of Red Line Markups for RAN Refresh
  • Checking of For Construction drawings for RAN Refresh
  • RAN Refresh As-Builts
  • Preparation and checking of Forms as part of the RAN project (including Terms of Approval forms, power forms)
  • RAN Refresh HOPs (compilation and checking),
  • Documentation searches on NRS and downloading of relevant documents as part of desk top reviews
  • RAN Refresh : RIC / TIC bookings
  • ORION Tx design downloads
  • Job Requirements :

  • Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree / College Degree in Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication), Computer Science / Information Technology, Business Studies / Administration / Management
  • Effective written and oral communication skills.
  • Flexibility and has sense of urgency.
  • Enthusiastic to be cross trained to different functions within PIPE Department
  • Can handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Technical Expertise / Certifications required :

  • Knowledge in mobile projects (4g / 5g) is a plus.
  • Understanding in mobile project terminology.
  • Knowledge in using MS Visio / AutoCAD, MS Dynamics and JIRA is an advantage.
  • Ability to interpret designs through drawing and written document.
  • Working experience / exposure in telecommunications industry
  • Ability to maintain high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information.
  • Familiar in PO and Invoice process.
