Responsibilities :

  • Devises and implements specific marketing plans to support the expansion of Scotch-Brite brands into adjacent categories.
  • Developing sales and marketing programs to achieve business unit objectives.
  • Reviewing and interpreting consumer and market information for trends and opportunities.
  • Leading cross-functional teams in the development and execution of new programs, in products and line extensions.
  • Conducting product portfolio analysis and providing specific recommendations for the product line.
  • Overseeing product line pricing strategies.
  • Partnering with sales personnel to develop customer specific marketing programs.
  • Working closely with R&D to clearly define differentiators between 3M products and those of competitors.
  • Providing demand forecasting information, particularly around promotions and new product launches.
  • Working closely with manufacturing on cost reduction efforts.
  • Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university.
  • Minimum 3 years of Brand Marketing experience in the FMCG industry.
  • Independent and a strategic thinker; and is able to make solid business decisions.
  • Strong ability to analyze and apply data to drive strategy and sales.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for interacting with team members, customers, and division management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A collaborative team player, with a positive attitude and strong work ethics.
