POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for effectively and professionally servicing customers as specified by the client's project and in accordance with established policies and procedures.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answers incoming calls and emails promptly and in accordance with established call / email -handling procedures
  • Provides concise, quality customer service in a professional and courteous manner for client projects
  • Performs related work as required and works on special projects, as requested
  • Interacts with fellow team members to enhance project performance
  • QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE

    EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE :

  • High School graduates with 6 months Customer Service (any industry) experience
  • College and K12 Graduates or 2-year College undergrads, with or without call center experience
  • SKILLS :

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of MS-Office products : Mail, Word & Excel
  • Telephone courtesy skills
  • Computer knowledge
  • Data entry ability
  • OTHER :

  • Work in an office environment
  • Varied shifts; weekend and holiday work schedules
  • Manual dexterity and motor coordination ability
  • Eye coordination ability
  • WORKING RELATIONSHIPS :

  • Must be able to interact effectively with all employees
  • Must be able to represent TeleTech professionally with all customers
