Our customer management center team handles primarily inbound calls in a setting that empowers each individual to develop and apply their talents and skills.
Responsible for effectively and professionally servicing customers as specified by the client's project and in accordance with established policies and procedures.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Answers incoming calls and emails promptly and in accordance with established call / email -handling procedures
Provides concise, quality customer service in a professional and courteous manner for client projects
Performs related work as required and works on special projects, as requested
Interacts with fellow team members to enhance project performance
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE :
High School graduates with 6 months Customer Service (any industry) experience
College and K12 Graduates or 2-year College undergrads, with or without call center experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of MS-Office products : Mail, Word & Excel
Telephone courtesy skills
Data entry ability
Work in an office environment
Varied shifts; weekend and holiday work schedules
Manual dexterity and motor coordination ability
Eye coordination ability
WORKING RELATIONSHIPS :
Must be able to interact effectively with all employees
Must be able to represent TeleTech professionally with all customers
