Job Description

  • Provides corporate, professional and courteous reception services.
  • Provides general administrative and clerical support services.
  • Maintains accurate inventory record of office supplies to ensure availability of stocks.
  • Assist in various HRD and other departments activities.
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Facilities management systems and procedures with exposure in basic Safety implementation
  • Working knowledge of office equipment and minor repair / maintenance works
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Above average verbal and communications skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • College degree : with 2- 3 years experience in Facilities Management
