The Business Development Officer will serve as the link between the company and its clients. They will focus on building relationships with prospective clients and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
They are responsible for client servicing and client acquisition by managing day-to-day affairs ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities and Duties :
Introduce the company to prospective clients and build new customer relationships.
Build long-lasting relationships with key clients.
Develop and execute best practices in business development and client management systems.
Work closely and collaboratively with Operations to deliver clients’ business goals in innovative ways and to achieve the highest customer satisfaction.
Manage client relationships strategically based on business objectives.
Act as point of contact for clients and escalate issues as appropriate.
At least a Bachelor’s Degree Graduate in Business Management / Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
Has at least three (3) years of work experience with client management.
Adept at understanding and articulating new technologies and mapping the respective value propositions to customer needs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Experience in the software development industry is a plus.
Experience in sales and business development is a huge plus.
