Sr Mgr IGCDivision / Dept. : Global Quality & ComplianceReports to Title : AD or DirJob Code : QA115Job Family : QualityJob Level : S4FLSA Status : ExemptSummarized Purpose : Provides oversight, mentoring and guidance ensuring compliance with all appropriate guidelines for legal, regulatory, and operational compliance, as well as company policies / procedures.

Develops and implements quality programs, processes and procedures that ensure compliance with global laws and regulations, and company policies.

Works directly with entities to provide oversight on a continuing basis to enforce requirements and meet guidelines.Essential Functions and Other Job Information : Essential Functions Manages subordinates, including performance management, hiring, salary administration, employee relations, etc.

Produces timely and accurate statements for external and internal reporting requirements. Oversees the governance of IGC initiatives with EOC and Quarterly Oversight committees.

Develops IGC-related budgets and provides financial oversight of IGC-related activities including ROI analysis. Manages responses to RFIs / RFPs and represents IGC during client / regulatory audits, bid defense, and client meetings.

Supports study teams with resolution of client audit findings. Ensures consistency of processes and documents IGC processes to ensure compliance by PPD functional areas.

Coordinates and communicates IGC changes and issues to key stakeholders and system users (change control). Works directly with functional department stakeholders to provide IGC-related process oversight, mentoring, and guidance.

Oversees quality programs, processes and procedures ensuring compliance with global regulations and company policies. Supports audits and regulatory inspections on information governance-related findings.

Liaises with functional groups on information governance-related topics.Policy & StrategyInterprets and administers policies, processes, and procedures that may affect sections and subordinate work units.

Acts as advisor to subordinate(s) to meet schedules and / or resolve technical problems. Requires full knowledge of own area of functional responsibility.

LiaisonInteracts frequently with internal personnel and outside representatives at various levels. Participates and may present at meetings with internal and external representatives.

Qualifications : Education and Experience : Bachelor's Degree8+ years of Information Governance experience and 2+ years of leadership responsibilityOr previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 8+ years) or equivalent and relevant combination of education, training, & experience.

Years of experience refers to typical years of related experience needed to gain the required knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the essential functions of the job.

    Repetitive hand movement of both hands with the ability to make fast, simple, repeated movements of the fingers, hands, and wrists.
