We are excited to be currently searching for an inquisitive, relationship-focused Human Resources Administration Assistant to complement and support our highly talented people experience team across the South Pacific.
This is a full time opportunity based in Clark, Philippines that is ideal for a recent tertiary graduate, or a relatively new HR professional looking to step up their exposure to an organisation with significant reach across the Asia Pacific region.
How You’ll Shine
As the Human Resources Administration Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting and complementing a highly talented Human Resources and Talent Development team in the achievement of its’ ambitious plans for the organisation.
No two days are ever the same, however key duties of the role include :
Providing administrational assistance with key people-related activities including talent acquisition, performance management, workforce planning, leadership development and professional growth.
Actively partner with key stakeholders across your portfolio to enhance the employee experience, drive employee engagement to influence culture and alignment to strategic objectives.
Provide data analytics support to measure key HR metrics and provide meaningful reporting for business decision making
Partner with the WHS & Wellbeing Manager to help promote key initiatives that benefit the wellness of our Associates.
Supporting the broader Human Resources team across the Asia Pacific region to deliver its strategic objectives, including involvement in people-focused projects that will have a positive impact.
This role truly suits an emerging HR professional that is ready to elevate themselves and continue to develop her / his HR craft and business acumen.
Furthermore, you will be part of a team that practices what is preaches when it comes to professional development; with a leadership team that is deeply passionate about coaching, mentoring and empowerment to let our people be their very best selves every day.
What You'll Bring
A strong administrative base, including ability to navigate and prepare complex reporting and navigate systems.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills with capability to prepare dashboards to present key metrics and data
Exceptional communication skills, including confidence to liaise with more Senior HR practitioners and stakeholders across the organisation.
A true enthusiasm and passion for the HR profession, and desire to make meaningful contribution to continuously enhance our employee experience focus.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy of work.
Proven experience in being involved in recruitment practices would be highly regarded.
A willingness to get involved in project work.
