Effectively supervise the sales operations of his / her assigned territory or group of accounts, ensuring the development and implementation team’s sales and distribution strategies and initiatives.

Accountabilities :

  • Develop an annual sales forecast for his / her respective unit.
  • Review and approve Customer Development Agreements (i.e. contracts, support, concessions, etc.).
  • Monitor implementation of national and local trade marketing initiatives.
  • Develop action plans to address operational gaps and market opportunities.
  • Ensure completeness and integrity of sales information of his / her territory and maintaining the required records / reports.
  • Plan and allocate logistics resources for his / her territory.
  • Achieve Sales Forecast accuracy.
  • Job Requirements :

  • College degree in business management, or equivalent.
  • At least 4 years FMCG experience in the field of sales.
  • Candidate must have a professional driver’s license.
  • Ability to develop professional and advisory relationships with senior leaders within the organization.
