    The Role :

    As a Senior Inside Sales Executive, you are responsible for selling Digital Sales and Marketing solution to B2B. You will also be selling our clients range of business and technology solutions to our target audience.

    You will be a key member of a growing team focused on the execution of innovative digital advertising campaigns that drive revenue.

    This is a great full-time opportunity for someone interested in a fun, fast-paced and challenging Sales environment. We will provide you the opportunity to make contributions immediately while developing the skills and knowledge to be successful.

    The Role :

  • Lead Generation - Conducting research on potential clients via social networks and the likes;
  • Qualifying Sales leads based upon specific lead qualification criteria definitions
  • Develop a strong product understanding, system knowledge and processes to sell new concept and value we provide
  • Managing rolling monthly pipeline of potential clients with the ability to prioritize your day to have visibility into all deals
  • Articulate client’s value proposition to decision-maker across multiple industries to asses buying interest
  • Ability to providing designs closest to the requested customization
  • Working with clients to resolve obstacles which may be preventing them from maintaining a relationship with Groworx
  • Ability to negotiate and move time frames, closing sales with a very high customer experience
  • Knowledge in developing Sales proposals and Presentations
  • Attaining monthly / quarterly targets for new sales acquisitions
  • Provide consultation with prospects by phone and email
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound call calling
  • Performing other administrative support duties as requested
  • Accurate forecasting, pipeline movement and stages.

  • Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in any field from reputable University.
  • Experience in selling subscription services for Digital Marketing campaign
  • Minimum of 4 years of B2B sales, Inside Sales, Account Management, Lead Generation in a BPO set up.
  • Strong English communication skills; written and spoken
  • Self-motivated with high energy and a positive attitude
