  • Define objectives along with the Cluster Delivery Lead, for team members and monitor their performance by conducting or participating to performance evaluations
  • Ensure succession planning within the department
  • Complete the team’s appraisals
  • Participate in the recruitment of new employees and contribute to the retention strategy of the company
  • Be responsible for the development of the NGA-IP department and to the ongoing process of improvement
  • Spearhead initiating communications within NGA parties regarding cross tower functionalities and procedural clarity
