Customer & Partner Success Associate (Sales)-005IYE
To proactively drive EcoStruxure IT SaaS (Software as a Service) customer and partner success by providing external stakeholders with timely and useful assistance and guidance using video conferencing, phone and email.
To build relationships and drive business opportunities by being a trusted advisor for your accounts. To make sure that all new EcoStruxure IT customers and partners are on boarded as fast and efficiently as possible to ensure high satisfaction and commitment.
To work closely with the rest of the SPD Digital Software and Services group to enable a high degree of organizational learning and agility from each and every interaction.
Conducting welcome calls with newly registered users of EcoStruxure IT.
Onboarding new customers and partners that sign up for the EcoStruxure IT platform. This includes assisting the technical deployment of the softeware along with initial training on software usage.
Handling entry level technical support requests from EcoStruxure IT customers or escalating to appropriate team in the LoB.
Conducting follow up calls with customers / partners that have responded negatively to satisfaction surveys
Generating leads for upsell and cross-sell of EcoStruxure IT products and services based on customer needs
Conducting ad hoc user training with key accounts
Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Communications is preferred
Strong will to compete, win and achieve in business environment.
