  • Job Description : Help grow the TokoSmart / Bizzy Distribution ecosystem through strategic BD planning and execution, providing a multiplier effect to existing ongoing initiatives or relationships while cultivating new partnerships Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials Prioritize between partnerships to balance between speed and delivering the highest value to the organization;
  • Negotiate to arrive at win-win solutions for all partnerships Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts;
  • integrating contract requirements with business operations Provide and execute BD strategies, operation, budget planning and procurement support for all initiatives with making strong coordination relationship with our operations and product & technology teams Minimum Qualifications : Minimum Bachelor degree from Management, Business, or Communication major studies is preferable.

    Having a minimum of 2-3 years of working experience in the same field. Outstanding leadership, communication, interpersonal skills, and negotiation skill is a must.

    Able to work under pressure Outgoing personality, well organized, enthusiastic, and strong commitment. Ability to assist in a team, help to plan, and work to a structured timetable and be focused on deliverables outcome.

    Strong business partner network is preferable. Result driven and target oriented.
