Job Description

  • Determines annual unit and gross profit plans by implementing marketing strategies, analyzing trends and results.
  • Establishes sales objective by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
  • Implements sales programs by developing field sales actions plans
  • Maintains sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand.
  • Establishes and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs and competiotion.
  • Completes sales requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
  • Recruit, select and orient and train employees.
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and planning skills;
  • Good communication and presentation skills;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills;
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's / College Degree in any field.
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
