Job Description

  • The scope of work is directly related to the function they support.
  • Will manage the order life-cycle and manage teams grouped by languages, customer types, product specializations, and service focus.
  • Work with management to ensure that team members have the appropriate training / information to perform to required standards.
  • Take ownership for staff development, provide constructive feedback and guidance and assess performance of individuals via the appraisal system.
  • Escalate individual performance issues as required.
  • Provide leadership, guidance and support to the team.
  • Escalate all delays to internal groups and any issues to management as appropriate.
  • Actively look for ways to improve methods of working and share across teams.Implement global policies & change management.
