  • The Recruitment Talent Manager is responsible for a variety of duties and responsibilities in recruitment resourcing. This role will be doing screening, shortlisting, booking interviews, and client calls.

    It will also be responsible for backend duties such as creating job descriptions, creating reports and presentations for internal communications and similar tasks.

    Requirements

    Applicants must have :

  • 3+ years proven work experience as recruiter / resourcer within the digital sales & marketing space
  • Openness to handle recruitment and additional functions for the benefit of the company
  • Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Successful applicants will be those who have the following skills or experience :

  • Ability to learn and use other industry related software
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
  • Outstanding time management skills
  • Ability to work in a team and develop positive relationships with co-workers
  • Must be highly organized and priorities daily workload
  • The following experience will be highly regarded :

  • Experience working in an international Recruitment firm with sales & marketing
  • Thorough knowledge on how navigate through the recruitment business model
  • Proven and excellent track record in a headhunting capacity, placing candidates, handling clients
  • Experience using modern job portals and has the capacity to utilize other methods of sourcing when needed
