foodpanda (small f’) is the world’s favorite way to order food online from the comfort of your home or office. Whether it’s getting your hands on your favorite pasta, kebab or pizza, we believe that no one should have to suffer from hunger attacks ever again.
However, this doesn’t happen without some really awesome people. We are looking for a Vendor Support to join our team in Makati, Manila!
Manage the inventory (device, sim, marketing collateral, among others) deliveries on ground and / or troubleshooting over the phone for the restaurant partners as needed
Perform test orders to ensure device is working properly
Set up devices for new restaurants
Perform proper escalation and communicate to the partners and Account Management Team effectively
Offer necessary support for the Account Management and Partner Relation Teams for their tasks involving restaurant performance
Desired Skills and Experience :
Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any course. IT degree is a certain plus.
Great interpersonal and communication skills in person
Presentable, with pleasing personality and high level of enthusiasm and commitment
Structured and is able to efficiently organize the communication process with our partners and internal teams
Team player and motivated with a drive for success
Willing to work on field and must have his / her own motorcyle
With the ability to use, manage, understand and assess basic technology.
Open to fresh graduates
Required language(s) : English and Filipino
