Provide strategic oversight on people-related topics covering both legal entities.
Acts as the performance improvement driver and inspire positive changes in people management
Acts as an escalation point for matters concerning RPO operations
University degree in Human Resources or related fields
More than 10 years experience in Talent Acquisiton as Manager

Ability to work in a fast pace environment with high attention to accuracy and efficiency
Data driven decision-maker with the ability to advocate for investments in people operations strategies from an ROI perspective
Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong presentation skills
