Asa member of the HR Solutions Operations Market Philippines team, this positionwill be accountable for the execution and delivery of core operational HRservices such as benefits, payroll, time & attendance, leave management,worker’s compensation and employee health & safety within the Philippines.
The HR Solutions Operations Market Specialist will serve as a member ofthe HR Operations specialist’s team responsible for delivering HR operationalservices to the business.
Acting underdirect supervision, the incumbent will utilize their basic HRServices / Operations knowledge to administer processes related to the deliveryof HR Services / Operations services within Philippines.
Serve as a specialist within the HR operationsmarket HR Solution team to provide relevant and effective consulting services withregards benefits, payroll, time & attendance and leavemanagement to businesses for Philippines
Use basic HR Services / Operations knowledge toperform HR Services / Operations projects
Execute the co-ordinated deployment of HR operations services, including anyPhilippines specific strategy requirements wherever required.
Leverage and enforce processes andtechnologies to support delivery of services
Work in close partnership with shared services(CBS) to deliver recurring end-to-end core operational HRservices and processes.
Develop and maintain key internal / external relationships,which may include : business leaders, hiring managers, business / function humanresource professionals, industry contacts, employees
Under direct supervision, provide input to HRand business managers and supervisors within Philippines regarding theinterpretation and delivery of HR Services / Operations policies, programs andprocesses.
Using country basicHR Services / Operations knowledge and client intelligence, provide thoughtleadership in recommending solutions that build on business and functionalstrategic drivers for the Philippines
Represent the Philippines and business clientsin prioritization activities and escalations
Provide feedback into services priorities toensure country adoption
Participate in CBS Migration activities,shared service consolidation and MADJV initiatives as assigned
Promote the use and implementation oftools / technologies within the Philippines to gain efficiency in delivering HRSolutions
Execute the designand delivery of HR Services / Operations training / education sessions foremployees, HR professionals, and / or supervisors / managers in the business
Champion a strong continuous improvement culture toensure deployment of scalable, simplified and standardized processes in HROperation services given by this positon.

Using country and basic HR Services / Operationsknowledge, provide input to ensure service delivery is compliant with laws,regulations, and corporate policies
Ensure application of standard policies
Responsible for ensuring proper use of vendormanagement of HR services / operations providers within the Philippines.
Provide input into the appropriate blend ofinternally sourced service delivery versus vendor sourced delivery
Identify opportunities for continuousimprovement and standardization on processes currently managed by countryand / or regionally
Ensure consistentadherence to all legal and regulatory requirements in the Philippines.This may involve working with legal resourcesand / or external consultants to interpret and implement complex / ambiguouspolicies
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
0-2fexperience in operations and / or human resources
Exposure / familiarity with HR operations-related market service areas such as benefits, payroll, time & attendance, leave management, worker’s compensation and employee health & safety and / or other relevant HR experience
General leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills - ability to thrive as part of a local market team
Demonstrated understanding ofevolving HR landscape and capability of supportingorganizational change efforts
Capability to innovate and integrate HRpractice around critical business issues
Competence in connecting people to each otherand the business strategy, leveraging technology and processes whereappropriate.
Fluent in English and Filipino
Previous experience in HR operations-related market service areas such as benefits, payroll, time & attendance, leave management, worker’s compensation and employee health & safety and / or other relevant HR experience
Experience positivelyinfluencing and collaborating with business and HRleaders
Demonstrated business acumen. Knowledge of multiple businesses, functions, and processes aswell as solid knowledge of business and functional issues, and proven trackrecord to positively impact business results.
Experience in a shared services organization
Strong drive for results with results / outcome focus
Proven record ofimplementation and optimization of processes and metrics
