  • Populate Excel template with T&C’s
  • Lead RID (Rebate Intent Document) to ensure excel template set-up accuracy (Sales Operations & Finance) for New Agreements ONLY
  • Set-Up and Run Business Objects Rebate Report
  • Set-Up Account Reconciliation and Accruals
  • Book monthly accruals (blend of actuals and estimates) PD Books off Actual and MD books of estimates
  • Post book closure, run BO Report
  • Drop BO Report into Excel template and manually calculate rebates
  • Trigger Adobe Sign Off for approval (and other approval requirements)
  • Once Approved, send to AP for disbursement
  • Customer Issue Resolution via Sales Rep
  • P&L Variance Reporting Reconciliation
  • Revenue Recovery Process (GPO Admin Fees ONLY)
  • Execute GPO Reporting
  • Qualifications

    Minimum qualifications

  • Any Graduate, commerce preferred
  • Ability to work on multiple ERP, master-data and workflow solutions
  • Good English language skills (verbal and written)
  • Preferred qualifications

  • Related business experience in Financial Services, Accounting, Financial, or Wholesale Drug industry.
  • Uses critical thinking, data analysis, research and contract compliance knowledge to provide outstanding customer service and operational perfection
