The responsibilities you will have at BUNCH are :

  • Engaging with customers and users on chat - occasional inbound or outbound calls
  • Responding to email and support tickets
  • Ensuring a high Customer Satisfaction level
  • Reporting key metrics
  • At BUNCH we use data to measure performance. You will have no supervisors and every person is accountable for their own results.

    Minimum Qualifications

  • Excellent writing, grammar and punctuation skills
  • Outstanding empathy levels in chat conversations
  • Ready and confident to take (occassionally) calls
  • Knowledge of Customer Support Software like Zendesk
  • Willing to work on shifting schedule
  • Willing to work in Makati
  • Willingness to develop a long term career in a high-demand, high-reward environment
