Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Supervises and Leads HR Comp&Ben Team
  • Oversees 201 Filing and conducts 201 Auditing across all Campaigns
  • Analyzes appropriate Industry / Market data, Creates, Develops and executes Salary Structure and Benefits Programs
  • Leads in Job Analysis and Performance Evaluation Reviews
  • Prepares, Compiles and validates Data in line with Reports generation for Corporate Headquarters
  • Validates Timekeeping, Leave Utilization, 13
  • Month Pay, Computation of Incentives etc

  • Oversees Processes enrollment, posting, updating and deletion of employees via Statutory Government Programs, HMO Provider and other Company initiated Programs
  • Oversees the development and implementation of Health and Wellness Programs
  • Reports Generation for Upper Management
  • Other tasks / functions that may be assigned by the Company as per business requirement. These may change from time to time to reflect the changing requirement of your position and our business.
  • The successful candidate must have / be :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or equivalent
  • At least Three (3) Years of experience in the field of Compensation and Benefits
  • Exposure and Actual experience in Market data studies such as Towers Watson, Mercer etc
  • Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills
  • Extensive experience in Compensation & Benefits and Total Rewards Administration
  • Planning, Problem-solving, Analysis and Organization skills
  • Keen attention to details, Process-oriented;
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio etc )
  • Experience in using HRIS and Payroll systems preferred
  • Able to work under pressure
