Responsibilities :
Responsible for collecting all relevant client data
Leads team members to accomplishing excellent results
Encourages team members to deliver excellent customer service
Monitors the effeciency and performance of team
Actively listen for ideas given during the conversation that may indicate improvement
Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree
Required language(s) : English, Filipino
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Parañaque
Must have customer service inclination
Must have supervisory experience or actual / hands-on experience
with customer service work
Must know how to manage / handle a team
Must have excellent English oral and written communication skills
Must have excellent business writing skills
Must be confident
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent
