Job Description

The People Mobility Case Management Senior Analyst manages the delivery of services (from demand planning to pre-assignment activities, during assignment until repatriation to Philippine cross border employees, particularly for complex cases, whether inbound and outbound, assigned to her / him.

S / He acts as the single point of contact for these assigned employees and business entities on all people mobility related matters.

The role serves as the sub-team’s point of contact in the tower lead’s absence and shall be the designated subject matter expert for requests for People Mobility process trainings, brownbag sessions and advisory services.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage the delivery of people mobility services to assigned Philippine cross border assignees, particularly complex cases.
  • Respond / Resolve business entities and employees queries on people mobility services, policies, and programs.
  • Assist the People Mobility Leads in setting up Global Careers Program for the Philippines, and in representing the organization in all people mobility related meetings, initiatives and projects.
  • Acts as the secondary point of contact for vendor management matters.
  • Serve as the point of contact in the tower lead’s absence.
  • Facilitate requests for advisory services, PM process trainings and brownbag sessions.
  • Prepare and submit case reports as may be required.
  • All other tasks particularly people mobility related ones that the leadership may assign.
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Commerce, International or Diplomatic and Consular Affairs Studies, or other related fields.
  • At least 2-3 years people mobility experience from corporate setting, immigration, embassy or travel agencies
  • Must be knowledgeable in People Mobility policies
  • Knowledgeable in Visa Immigration on EMEA / US Regions
  • Proficient in using MS Excel, preferably good in reports generation
  • Good stakeholder management
  • People management experience is an advantage
