As we continue to build a vibrant, passionate and fun-loving team, we are seeking a well-experienced Host - Front Office to assist in the smooth and efficient running of the Front Office Department and ensuring extraordinary guest experience that is uniquely Grand Hyatt.
In this position, you will provide fast, friendly and efficient service to the guest throughout all stages of their stay.
You will engage with both colleagues and guests through meaningful conversations and respond and resolve to guest inquiries, requests and issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management
Minimum 2 years work experience in front office operations of a similar property
Excellent problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
