Job Description Digital Events Sr. Specialist (P2)

TeleTech is seeking a digital events visionary with strong technical skills. The right candidate will lead all technical aspects of virtual events from strategy and concept to execution while constantly introducing transformative technology solutions.

We’re seeking an up-and-coming virtual event guru who enjoys seeking out best practices and trends in the field. As a key member of our Global Employee Communications team, you’ll play an important role in supporting the employee experience.

As a Digital Events Sr. Specialist, you’ll work with the team to ensure the right technical tools and systems are used to deliver outstanding virtual events for our employees around the globe.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with internal clients to deliver virtual events of varying size and scope
  • Manage the technical flow for the virtual employee event lifecycle from conception to rehearsal to execution and post-event tactics
  • Translate technical jargon into easy-to-understand guidance to internal clients with varying levels of technical comfort
  • Provide white glove support to executive-level presenters (VP and above)
  • Drive multiple projects with competing deadlines
  • Focus on the behind the scenes technical event work, including pre-event, event and post-event workstream checklists
  • Secure necessary equipment for productions and assure that it fits within budget
  • Coordinate production environment for each presenter (audio, visual, network, lighting, green screens, etc.)
  • Curate and maintain catalog of royalty-free music
  • Observe and track successful elements as well as areas of opportunity. Be in-the-know on trending technologies; introduce, test and implement new tools to constantly evolve the event experience
  • Maintain company video environment, including supporting platform strategy, enhancements and content moderation
  • Provide digital communication platform support as needed (intranet, mobile app, desktop alerts, digital signage, etc.)
  • Skills and Attributes

  • Have experience with standard desktop conferencing applications (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.)
  • Ability to calmly work under pressure
  • Possess excellent social and customer experience skills
  • Must have ability to multitask, make decisions quickly and complete tasks on deadline
  • Experience with the following platforms / software : Zoom Office 365 Windows 10 and Mac OS Adobe Premiere, Illustrator or similar video editing tools VLC
  • Comfortable giving direction and consultation to high-level leaders
  • Stays up-to-date on current virtual technologies
  • Basic video editing, graphic design skills and copywriting skills / experience preferred
  • Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in virtual event production support role
  • Working knowledge of Zoom and other video conferencing software
  • Strong written / verbal communication and interpersonal skills with various levels within an organization
  • Travel 0-25%
