We are looking for a Sales Capability Executive to lead capability development for the assigned sales pillar, towards the achievement of the function's strategic and operational objectives.
A day in the life of...
Develop the capability building agenda of the assigned sales pillar to :
Enhance sales functional & professional competencies
Accelerate best practice adoption
Support implementation of new tools and solutions. Identify new or evolving capabilities that should be developed based on Sales MBS and annual OMP.
Lead the diagnosis, design, development and delivery of learning interventions for the assigned Sales pillar following the Learning Effectiveness framework.
Leverage available corporate resources.
Lead the development of training competencies for trainers and SMEs for the assigned Sales pillar.
Support sales operations and organizational design change initiatives by facilitating role clarification and ways of working workshops.
Ensures and directs adherence to all Company principles and policies including Nestlé in the Market Training Policy, Safety and Legal regulations.
What will make you successful
Minimum 5 years experience in Sales, with sound understanding of end-to-end planning to execution operations.
Solid experience in training from diagnosis needs, design & development, and delivery.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategy.
Demonstrated ability to motivate and develop people.
