Basic Job Responsibilities
Responsible for operating and maintaining and housekeeping of all Plant Facilities equipment directly supporting production.
Plant Facilities could be of mechanical or electrical in nature. Records and maintains accurate operational data files to ascertain that these equipment are in proper operation based on the specific operating procedures inclusive of the manufacturer’s technical and operating specifications.
Tasked as the process owner of the assigned utility production system / process.
Specific Job Responsibilities
Responsible for operating, maintaining and housekeeping within areas covered by Facilities Operations (equipment shed and office, generator shed, D.
I. plant, waste treatment plant, nitrogen plant, electrical room, air handling room, fire pump house, LPG bullet tank area, electric and LPG water heater, chiller shed, portable genset, etc.
to prevent downtime that may cause production shutdown.
Initiates readings of the above mentioned areas and records these in the logbook or logsheet and problem reports encountered during the shift.
Coordinates with production personnel on any Facilities-related problem and process owner and team leader for actions to immediately resolve the problem.
Performs allied mechanical or electrical installation jobs and suggests any innovative ideas to superior on items that are aimed in improving Facility operations to include : energy and water conservation & simplications of operation techniques.
Strictly follows engineering, environmental, safety and quality specifications of the different Facility processes.
Perform other related jobs as may be assigned by the immediate superior.
Technology diploma in any of the following fields :
Industrial Electricity, Refrigeration, Mechanical or Electrical course
