Assist the Sales and Distribution Head in building new business momentum and rhythm that reflects the reality in the financial industry by leveraging the latest trends and technology.
Help the entire Consumer team meet Citibank’s objective of mobile / online transformation, improved mobile / online customer experience and the digitization of various sales processes and activities.
Lead the development of opportunity assessments, business cases, and execution of new concepts and solutions with stakeholders that are in line with business objectives and strategies.
Develop & maintain strategic perspectives through market research, analyst discussions, scenario analysis, competitive studies etc.
Participate in strategic engagements required to developing digital capabilities with various Citi businesses Translate emerging technology trends into strategic business insights
Periodically put out thought leadership POVs in key areas
Drive engagement with senior business stakeholders on digital capability areas
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in digital transformation in retail and / or e-commerce services
Should be a go-getter; does not require hand-holding; ability to assess a situation, develop a plan, make recommendations, get approval and run with it
Ability to collaborate with a wide variety of functional experts like marketing, IT, e-commerce, user experience, analytics, and operations
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
passion for understanding the customer mindset and keeping up with media and technology trends
Experience working with technology vendors and online partners
Experience in multi-tasking, running multiple long projects simultaneously
Experience in converting insights into workable business plans; ability to cut-losses and move on
